How do I return an item?

You can return unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.

Return process:

1. Register your return

Please send us a short email with your order number to support@ginsa.com or conveniently register your return via our Support contact form (please scroll all the way down on the FAQ page).

2. Package items

Place the unused items in their original packaging (if available) and ensure they are returned undamaged and complete.

4. Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please choose an insured shipping provider so you can track the shipment.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the payment method used for the purchase.

Important note on thermal products

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, thermal products (e.g. bottles or cups) that have already been used or have come into contact with beverages cannot be returned. Please ensure that these products remain unused if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
