How can I return an item?

You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

1. Register your return

Please register your return using our support form. You can find the support form at the very bottom of our FAQ page under "Support Contact Form".

2. Pack your item

Place the unused item(s) in the original packaging (if available) and ensure that all products are returned complete and undamaged.

4. Shipping

For returns within Germany, we provide a free return shipping label. Please use the provided shipping label when sending your return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Important Notice Regarding Thermal Products

For hygiene and food safety reasons, thermal products (such as bottles or tumblers) that have been used or have come into contact with beverages cannot be returned. Please ensure that these products remain unused if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
